Carolyn Arends is one of Canada's most celebrated Christian artists.  She has been awarded 2 Dove Awards, 3 Juno Nominations, and was recognized as the West Coast Music Awards' Songwriter of the Year.  Her most recent album "Love Was Here First" celelbrates the all-encompassing love of God with creative lyrics and beautiful melodies.

She has written two critically acclaimed books and recorded 10 albums.  Carolyn is a graduate of Trinity Western University and is married to Mark, and mother to Ben and Bethany. 

She is excited to partner with CAUSE on this event saying: "I wish I had heard about CAUSE sooner.  Very few organizations are able to balance passion and thoughtfulness, idealism and practicality, leadership and listening -- by all accounts the people involved with CAUSE can and do strike those balances in world-changing ways.  Their call to live out the gospel to our neighbours around the world is a beautiful one, and I'm thrilled to be a small part of it through this event.  Also, I love Mr. Campolo, and I can't wait to hear him speak!"
