Awards:
The awards ceremony will begin at 12:30. Medals will be given out to the top 3 male and female runners in each category.  Other great prizes available to be won! Also stay around for the fabulous music and great door prizes. Running shoes! Stretchers! Wobble boards and more...

Parking:
Please be mindful of local property when parking your vehicle. Violations will be ticketed by local law officers. Designated parking areas will be available.

Timing:
Timing will be provided by RHQ Race Headquaters LTD. Computer chips will be used for all participants. Please ensure that your chip is returned at the end of the race as we would like to recycle all timing chips.

Post Race Refreshments:
Food and drink will be available at the finish line for all registered runners.
