At CAUSE Canada, we believe women and girls are the catalysts for change in their own communities. Our monthly donor program, She is the change, helps women and girls in Central America and West Africa realize their dignity and pursue a better future.
As a She is the change monthly donor, you’ll be coming alongside women and girls to:
- Help them achieve their educational goals and reduce child marriage in their community.
- Lead local health committees and help reduce infant mortality.
- Start small businesses, achieve financial independence, and support one another through community microfinance programs.
When women are empowered, the whole community thrives. So, stand with women and girls because She is the change.

How is my gift towards the Global Gift Guide used?

Can I send a physical card?
On the eCard page, there is the option to print and mail the eCards as physical cards. If you run into any issues, please reach out to our team at info@cause.ca and they would be happy to help.

Can I ensure my gift is sent to a particular country or to my sponsorship child or family?
To help address the most urgent needs, gifts will not be designated to any given family. Instead, CAUSE Canada will use your gift in the category selected where it is most needed.
How will I know when the recipient has received their eCard?
Upon receiving the eCard you’ll get a confirmation email. If you believe an error has occurred, please contact us at info@cause.ca.
Are all gifts tax receiptable?
All gift options are eligible for a tax receipt. This year there are two exceptions which are the woven artisan bag (which is eligible for a $55 tax receipt less the fair market value of $20) and the artisan gift ornament (which is eligible for a $40 tax receipt less the fair market value of $10) .
